Welcome back guys! As I start moving along on my commercial, I've noticed quite a few things. I've noticed that I don't really take as many videos as I thought I did. And that I don't have as many pictures of things I like. Like volleyball, or food. The one thing that I have a vast amount is sunset and sunrise pictures. I love the sunset. I like the pretty colors, and the way the sky changes shape. I just think it's amazing how the earth can produce such cool colors like the ones in the sky. On the other hand, I really do wish that I had more pictures of me playing volleyball, or just more pictures in general. This is my issue since I'm honestly not on my phone as much as I would've thought I was. Usually I'm out having fun and not really thinking about "Oh I have to take a picture of this". Or "Oh wait don't move, let me get my phone out". I guess I just prefer to live in the moment. Capcut has been working for me to make this commercial. It's been really simple to put all the clips and pictures I have of myself into one. Its really accommodating to me and what I need to finish. Anyways, I really hope that I finish this soon so that i can start working on the next project. So far, its been fun to see everything I have that resembles me, and I feel I'm doing a good job putting it together. I'll see you next time bloggers!

Production blog- Music choice!

 Welcome back bloggers! So far we have chosen the setting and where we are choosing to film. Now we are figuring out the music that we want to be playing in the background of the film. It's a difficult choice since a lot of the music that we know of is copyrighted. Which means that if we use it, it can get flagged down and the whole film won't be able to be used. Which will cause a giant delay in the finishing of the film. We had an idea of having one of our friends that really into music write it for us. But we are afraid that it won't turn out the way we need it to. Although it's an idea, a simpler way might just we going on a website with "free to use" music and audio. Not that we necessarily need music, but any kind of audio that can be played in the background that can help with special effect and dramatization. Final task- Peer review

 Hello everyone! Welcome back to today's blog! Today's topic is a peer review of my recently completed Final Task. One of my friends took the time to watch and critique it for me. They mentioned that the eerie music and sound effects set a great mood and built suspense. The pacing of the title sequence was a bit rushed and could be improved by slowing down transitions and allowing shots to linger. The use of lighting and shadows added depth to the scenes, but at times it affected the camera focus. The typography for title cards was bold and fitting but could be improved for better readability. The use of other media within the film sequence, like creating an EAS alarm system, was creative and cool. Overall, with some adjustments to pacing, narrative clarity, and visual elements, the sequence could become a truly haunting and memorable opening for a cinematic experience.
