Final task- Peer review

Hello everyone! Welcome back to today's blog! Today's topic is a peer review of my recently completed Final Task. One of my friends took the time to watch and critique it for me. They mentioned that the eerie music and sound effects set a great mood and built suspense. The pacing of the title sequence was a bit rushed and could be improved by slowing down transitions and allowing shots to linger. The use of lighting and shadows added depth to the scenes, but at times it affected the camera focus. The typography for title cards was bold and fitting but could be improved for better readability. The use of other media within the film sequence, like creating an EAS alarm system, was creative and cool. Overall, with some adjustments to pacing, narrative clarity, and visual elements, the sequence could become a truly haunting and memorable opening for a cinematic experience. The choice of soundtrack greatly enhanced the anticipation and should definitely be kept. However, the friend suggested experimenting with different positions for text to improve impact. They also highlighted the need for maintaining attention to detail in future scenes to enrich visual storytelling. One aspect that truly stood out was the creative use of different media within the film sequence which added a unique touch. The friend emphasized that maintaining this level of creativity throughout the film would undoubtedly enrich the viewing experience. They also pointed out the potential for the sequence to evolve into a truly haunting and memorable opening that sets the stage for an unforgettable cinematic experience with some adjustments. Thank you for reading. See you next time bloggers!
